Frequently Asked Season Ticket Questions

1. When will the All-Access Card be ready for distribution?
May 1, 2007

2. Can an individual keep the same reserved seat from the previous year?
Yes

3. Will the existing Season Ticket Cards from the previous year be re-activated?
Yes

4. Will existing Season Ticket Card holders receive a new Season Card?
No. Existing cards will be re-activated upon receipt of payment.

4a. What if my last Season Ticket Card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen within the Athletic Season, there will be a $5.00 fee to replace and re-activate a new Season Ticket Card. It will be the card holder's responsibility to notify the Ticket Office of a lost or stolen card.

5. Where will the preferred seating be for Volleyball, Baseball?
Preferred seating locations for both Volleyball and Baseball events will have a special assigned section for All-Access Card holders.

6. What is the Group Rate Pricing for Football and Basketball?
All Group Rate pricing will be designed for groups of 10 or more.
• Football --- Save $5.00 per ticket.
(Offer not valid for Homecoming or Labor Day Classic)
• Basketball --- Save 50% of each regular ticket price.

7. When does Card Activation begin?
May 1, 2007

8. When is the deadline for purchasing Football Season Cards?
In order to receive preseason assigned seats, Football Season cards must be purchased by Aug. 23, 2007.

8a. When is the deadline to purchase Basketball Season Cards?
In order to receive your previous season assigned seats, basketball season cards must be purchased by November 2, 2007.

8b. When is the deadline to purchase the All-Access Card?
August 23, 2007.

9. What is the price for the Labor Day Classic?
The same price for regular season games, except for All-Access Card Holders.

10. What is the All-Access Card?
The All-Access Card is a card that offers the bearer:
• Football Season Ticket ($95.00 value)
• Basketball Season Ticket ($80.00 value)
• Baseball Preferred Seating
• Volleyball Preferred Seating
• Discounted tickets for applicable away games as negotiated by NCCU's Athletics Department.
Bonus: Entitles the bearer the privilege of attending the Labor Day Football Classic. ($25.00 Value)

11. What is Preferred Seating?
Preferred seating is Premiere Seating assigned at Baseball and Volleyball Events.

12. Can I loan my All-Access Card to my neighbor and or family member for an event and/or game?
Yes.

13. What age limit is considered a Senior Citizen?
55 years of age and older

14. What age is a Child's Ticket?
2 years old to 12 years of age

15. Is my CIAA/SAC good for the 2007 season?
No.

16. What passes if any are accepted at events?
MEAC passes will be accepted. No other passes will be honored unless NCCU'S Athletic Director grants them.

17. Are there any discounts for non-profit organizations and/or community organizations?
Group rate pricing will be offered to all non-profit and community organizations.

18. Can a child purchase a Season Ticket?
Yes. A child can purchase a regular season ticket. Season Tickets are based on available seats, not age.
