Final Stats

DURHAM, NC - Leah Hill and Liz Moult totaled a match-high 12 kills each to lead visiting George Washington to a 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-14) victory over North Carolina Central University at McLendon-McDougald gym. It was the first meeting between the two schools.

With the loss NCCU fell to 4-20 overall.

George Washington 7-8 finished the match with 44 kills on 95 attempts for a .368 hitting percentage, while holding NCCU to .022 percent 23 kills on 92 attempts.

Nadia Hayes led NCCU with nine kills, while Avaniki Campbell finished with eight. Johnson was held to just three kills on 15 attempts.

Ashley Shade led the Eagles with 19 assists and Kristan Fields notched a team-high of 12 digs.
