Enters junior season after suffering a season-ending injury against Duke University on Jan. 3, 2008. In just one-and-a-half seasons at NCCU, has amassed 563 points (12.8 ppg) and 399 rebounds (9.1 rpg) with 16 career double-doubles. Voted 2007 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Rookie of the Year and selected to All-CIAA Team as a freshman.

As a Sophomore (2007-08): Appeared in 17 games, including 16 as a starter, averaging 26.8 minutes per contest. Suffered season-ending injury against Duke (Jan 3). Second on the team in scoring (246 points), rebounding (148) and blocked shots (10). Voted as the Lady Eagle Classic Most Valuable Player (Dec. 7-8). Scored in double figures in 12 games. Amassed the Lady Eagle Classic single-game record and a career-high 35 points against Fayetteville State (Dec. 8), becoming the eighth Lady Eagle in school history to score 35 points or more. Grabbed 12 or more rebounds nine times. Scored season-high 26 points with 14 rebounds at nationally-ranked Elizabeth City State (Dec. 5). Amassed 19 points, a season-high 17 rebounds, 3 steals, 2 blocks and an assist at Livingstone (Feb. 10). Tallied 19 points and 16 boards versus Saint Paul's (Nov. 28). High School (Bishop McNamara H.S.): Lettered four seasons (2002-06) at Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, Maryland. Played three seasons (2002-05) for head coach Mike Bozeman, and final campaign (2005-06) for head coach Robert Surratt. Averaged 11 points, 13.5 rebounds and 4.2 blocked shots per contest during her senior year. Named a Girls' Honorable Mention All-Metro DC by the Washington Post in 2006. Selected Prince George's County All-Gazette First Team as a senior. Shared Team MVP honors as a Team Captain in 2006. Team posted an overall record of 108-19 during her four-year scholastic career. Team captured the conference (Washington Catholic Athletic Conference) and DC City title in 2004, finishing with a 27-1 record and a No. 3 ranking in USA Today's final national poll. Served as a Student Ambassador. Honor Roll student.
