Elliott enters her second season with the Lady Eagles as a red-shirt sophomore.

As a Freshman (2007-08): Appeared in 24 of 26 games, including three as a starter, averaging 8.7 minutes per contest. Scored in five of the last six games of the season. Scored a season-high 4 points twice: at Catawba (Nov. 24) and at Fayetteville State (Feb 4). Collected a season-best 4 rebounds (3 offensive) at Central State (Feb. 6). Tallied 2 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals versus West Virginia Tech (Jan. 29). Recorded 2 points, 3 boards, 2 assists and a steal at West Virginia Tech (Jan. 12).

High School (Apex H.S.): Member of high school conference and regional championship team, as well as state runner-up. Two-time Academic All-Conference honoree.

Personal: Born December 31, 1987, in Raleigh, N.C. Parents are William H. Knotts II and Rena M. Lowe. Major at NCCU is Business Management with a minor in Spanish. Received academic recognition at NCCU in the Spring of 2007 as an Honor Roll student.
