Billy Ruffin enters his 12th year with NCCU football.

A 1975 graduate of North Carolina A&T, Ruffin is owner of B&R Trucking and B&R Janitorial.

For nine years, Ruffin graciously funded a dinner for the entire football team and support staff prior to the kickoff of the season.
