2008 - FRESHMAN SEASON: Appeared in four games, including three as the starting quarterback (Coastal Carolina, Edward Waters, Cal Poly). Placed second on the squad with 517 passing yards, an average of 129.2 yards per game. Tied for team-high with 6 touchdowns through the air. Topped Eagles with a passing efficiency rating of 134.2. Completed 32-of-62 passes for a completion percentage of 51.6. Threw for more than 100 yards in three contests. In first college action at Presbyterian (Oct. 11), entered game in third quarter and rallied the Eagles to within striking distance by completing 8-of-9 passes for 159 yards and 2 touchdowns. Threw a 52-yard touchdown pass on his fourth college snap from center (second pass attempt) at Presbyterian (Oct. 11). In first college start at Coastal Carolina (Oct. 18), completed 14-of-26 passes for 176 yards, including a 63-yard touchdown strike. Completed 9-of-21 passes for 181 yards and 3 touchdowns vs. Edward Waters (Nov. 1).
